Victoria Beckham is a businesswoman right to her fingertips, but she confesses that she has had to pay an expensive price to get where she is today. "There is a lot to juggle, being both a working mother and take care of your family," she explains.

"Millions of women do this every day around the world, but it is not easy and every time I leave the house to go to work, I feel guilty," she continued. She also explains that she and husband David Beckham are trying to spend as much time as possible with the children.
