The battered paparazzi photographer sue Justin Bieber: "Enjoyed the violence!" 

Controversy surrounding the Justin Bieber never seems to stop. The 20-year-old singer has been caught in yet another legal battle after being sued by a photographer, who accuse him of having destroyed his camera. 

Bieber has reportedly been and gone swimming at a public beach in Kauai, Hawaii, in November last year, when he spotted a paparazzi photographer. The star ordered his team to take the photographer's camera and destroy the memory card. Said and done, Bieber's bodyguard grabbed the camera, but became violent and destroyed all the equipment. 

The photographer is now suing the star, claiming that he "enjoyed the violence" and ordered his team to "do anything to get their hands on the memory card." Bieber has not commented on the information.
