On April 6, Miley was caught having a good time, smoking a rolled cigarette on the balcony of her Miami, Fla. hotel room.

Miley's chill-out session was caught on film by a photographer, and while there's no real way to know what Miley was indulging in, she does have a history of allegedly smoking Various Substances. In 2009, a video Miley caught in the act of smoking salvia from a bong.

Miley responded to the pictures with a denial, saying, "I do not have an Instagram."

If Miley wants to convince us other wise though, she is definitely trying too hard. Just this week, Miley released a song featuring Snoop Lion (a notorious marijuana enthusiast) called "Ashtrays and Heart Breaks." The song contains lines Such as, "My buzz is going," and "Fill Up All Those ashtrays" - not exactly innocent imagery.
 

This is just the latest installment of Miley being Miley. She loves having a good time, and she's been in the middle of working herself ragged recording her new album, so she probably deserves to kick back a little.
