Justin Bieber has ruptured eardrum - may need surgery! 

Justin Bieber may need surgery after ruptured his eardrum. The 20-year-old singer announced his fans on Twitter that he ruptured eardrum when he emerged from the rocks, and that doctors now fear that he may need surgery to fix the damage. 

"Busted my eardrum when I clip appeared. Doctors say that I might need surgery now. Sucks," the star wrote on Twitter on Thursday. Bieber then calmed anxious fans and wrote that the injury would not affect his ability to make music. 

It's no secret that Bieber loves to indulge in cliff diving in his spare time.
