This weekend it was announced that Miley Cyrus' parents, Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus, have decided to divorce after a 19-year long marriage. On the day the report was made official Miley was in Chicago to promote her new single "We Can not Stop" from her upcoming album.

A reporter said that Miley was "really good mood" this weekend. "She talked about what it was like working with Snoop Dogg on his new album, and we asked about her hair and the new look," says a reporter.

  When they asked her about the divorce retrieves answer she's like, "Oh, I feel good. I'm okay."

But she revealed, however, that she is more concerned for her sister: "I'm much more worried about my sister Noah. She is 13 years old." Noah wrote on her Twitter that she wanted her readers "to pray for her family" on Friday.

  Miley is currently in Chicago at B96 Pepsi Summer Bash.

Miley Cyrus' younger sister Noah Cyrus, 13, is a huge Justin Bieber fan. When she met him at a gala in Canada with her older sister, she admits that she stole his belongings.
"When I met Justin Bieber, I could barely speak., I went crazy inside., It was at a gala in Canada, and when he went and changed for the next performance, I kind stole his clothes. He does not know it yet," reveals Noah. "Miley's stylist dressed him for the event, and they had his stuff, so I took them home," she continued.

Noah also says that she is eager to PINCH sister's ridiculously expensive Chanel bag, but that she had not succeeded yet.
