Five years ago they met, a week ago they got engaged, and next year will be the wedding of Prince Carl Philip and Sofia Hellqvist. Now reveals Sofia to their future plans - and children is a given. "Children should we naturally have in the future, but we are really taking one step at a time," says Sofia. The couple also said that they are excited for their joint lives, and longs to be married couples.

Prince Carl Philip and girlfriend Sofia Hellqvist have announced their engagement. The news was announced during a press conference at the Royal Palace yesterday and it is now clear that a new royal wedding will take place next year. "Sofia has today answered yes when asked if she would be willing to share the rest of my life with me. Today is a happy day for Sophia and me," said Carl Philip during the public announcement. The wedding will take place during the summer of 2015.
