Paris Hilton flirted wildly with Justin Bieber when they partied together in Cannes. Hilton and Bieber are in the south of France for the annual film festival, and the other night they met at a nightclub. 

Eyewitnesses confirm that Paris, 33, sat down in the 20-year-old Bieber's knee several times during the evening. "She was dancing, sucking on a lollipop and flirted with Justin," said a person from the club. "She tried to dance sexy and really wanted to party with him." 

Paris, along with the model River Viiperi, and seemed concerned that people took pictures of her in Justin's company. Justin himself did not seem interested party princess's overtures, but focused more on getting the DJ to play his own songs.
