Gwyneth Paltrow, 41, can not fool anyone that she was lying on the couch and eats what she wants all day long. Actress' personal trainer, Tracey Anderson has revealed her training schedule - and it takes a lot of her.
"For eight years I have put up a new exercise program for her every ten days, she performs six times a week," explained the coach. Anderson also revealed that Gwyneth had a couple of problem areas before they started working together, but they worked them out through a strict diet and workout layup.
