Amanda Bynes has long been out of control and in recent months she has been very cocky on Twitter. Her latest victim? Miley Cyrus. The former actress says that Miley is "ugly" in his latest post. Amanda wrote it not once or twice, no, she posted a picture of Miley and wrote "You're ugly @ mileycyrus" several times in a row.

"This is my Twitter. I say what I want. Thank you," she wrote later, when people began to question her behavior. Miley has not responded to the attack.
